A speakeasy was an establishment that was used for selling and drinking alcoholic beverages during Prohibition (1920-1933, longer in some states), when the sale, manufacture, and transportation of alcohol was illegal. The term comes from a patron's manner of ordering alcohol without raising suspicion-- a bartender would tell a patron to be quiet and "speak easy." The entrance to the Speakeasy traditionally had a small door inset into the main door so that patrons could be viewed and approved.

Our Speakeasy Grill is an adaptation to the small door. This piece of Iron Hardware allows a bit of privacy as well as an artistic accent to your home and yard.

  Red Rust and Dark Bronze are Special Order finishes. They require 3-4 weeks for production and incur an 8 to 10% increase in price.

• Dimensions: 11-1/2" wide x 15-1/2" high x 2-1/4" deep. Measurements are overall; screw holes are set in 1/2" to 1" from extreme edges.

Return Policy: This product can be returned prior to installation in its original condition with a 25% restocking fee within 30 days from the shipping date. Customer responsible for return shipping costs.  Please contact us for a return authorization. Product will be replaced if it is defective.
