Bahama Shutter Stay Set - 36" Long

Our Bahama shutter hardware allows for the shutters to be positioned at various angles. They can be opened just a little to allow airflow, or more to provide shade.

Our cast aluminum Bahama shutter stays come in a black antique finish, have solid brass components, and are weather resistant.

The Bahama shutter stays also feature locking mounting brackets so that the shutter can be closed and fastened if a storm approaches. To achieve the locked position, remove the rods and pins, close the shutters, and replace pins to hold the mounting brackets closed. Locking can only be done if the stays are installed in line--angled installation won't allow the locking capacity.

Your package includes:

   - Two 24" bars (cups can be removed and poles cut to length for your specific application)

   - Four cups

   - Four wall mount brackets

   - Two sill mount brackets

The stay bars can be cut down for reduced length, where desired.

Information about this Aluminum Shutter Hardware: For our aluminum products, the manufacturer uses aircraft quality aluminum that is anodized and powder coated.  Aluminum can't rust, but it certainly can corrode, and they have tweaked the anodization process to prevent this.  A black powder coat finishes the product, further lengthening its lifetime to 1000+ hours in salt spray testing.  This is serious hardware with no maintenance required.
